Bu uygulama Yasin Kalkavan tarafından geliştirilmiştir ve 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) kapsamında veri sorumlusudur. İletişim: bbudgethome@gmail.com
BudgetHome, işlevlerini yerine getirebilmek için aşağıdaki verileri toplar: a) Hesap ve Profil Verileri • E-posta adresi ve şifre — hesap oluşturma ve giriş için. Şifreniz Firebase Authentication tarafından güvenli şekilde saklanır; biz şifrenizi düz metin olarak görmeyiz veya saklamayız. • Görünen adınız ve seçtiğiniz avatar emojisi — profilinizde ve dahil olduğunuz gruplarda gösterilir. • Google veya Apple ile giriş yaparsanız: ilgili hizmetin bize ilettiği ad, e-posta adresi ve hesabınıza ait benzersiz kimlik. Apple ile girişte e-postanızı gizlemeyi seçerseniz Apple'ın verdiği yönlendirme adresi kullanılır. Google veya Apple şifrenizi hiçbir zaman görmeyiz. b) Finansal İşlem Verileri Uygulamaya girdiğiniz her işlem için: tutar, kategori, not (isteğe bağlı), işlem tarihi, gelir/gider tipi ve farklı para biriminde girdiyseniz orijinal tutar ile para birimi. Tekrarlayan işlem kurduysanız tutar, kategori, sıklık ve bitiş tarihi gibi ayarları da saklanır. Kategori seçmeden kaydettiğiniz bir işlemde uygulama, notunuzu yalnızca sizin önceki işlemlerinizle cihazınızda karşılaştırarak bir kategori seçer; eşleşme yoksa "Diğer" kullanılır. Bu eşleştirme için cihazınızdan dışarı hiçbir veri gönderilmez. c) Abonelikler ve Tasarruf Hedefleri • Abonelikler: eklediğiniz her abonelik için hizmet adı veya seçtiğiniz sembol, tutar, ödeme günü ve varsa bitiş tarihi saklanır. Abonelikler, tekrarlayan işlemlerinizle birlikte hesabınızda tutulur. • Bir aboneliği Aile Grubu'na eklerseniz, o grubun diğer üyeleri aboneliğin adını, sembolünü, tutarını, ödeme gününü ve kimin eklediğini görebilir. Aboneliği sildiğinizde bu özet de gruptan kaldırılır. • Kişisel Tasarruf Hedefleri: hedef adı, sembolü, hedef tutar, biriktirilen tutar, isteğe bağlı hedef tarihi ve eklediğiniz ya da çektiğiniz tutarların tarihli geçmişi saklanır. Bu tutarlar bakiyenizden düşülmez ve hiçbir kullanıcıyla paylaşılmaz. • Aile Grubu'nun Ortak Hedefleri: Aile Grubu'nda açılan ortak bir hedefin adı, sembolü, hedef tutarı, isteğe bağlı tarihi ve hedefi kimin açtığı grupta saklanır. Grubun her üyesi bu hedefe para ekleyip çekebilir; her hareketin tutarı, tarihi ve kimin yaptığı saklanır ve grubun tüm üyelerine görünür ("Kim ne kadar ekledi" özeti dahil). Bu tutarlar aile bakiyesinden düşülmez. d) Borç Defteri Verileri Borç Defteri'ni kullanırsanız, girdiğiniz kişi adı, tutar, birim, borç yönü (alacak/borç), vade tarihi, hatırlatma ayarı, not ve yapılan ödemeler saklanır. Buraya yazdığınız kişi adları yalnızca sizin kaydınızdır; o kişilerle paylaşılmaz ve o kişilere uygulama tarafından herhangi bir bildirim gönderilmez. e) Hesaplaşma ve Aile Grubu Verileri Uygulamadaki "Hesaplaşma" (ortak harcama/borç paylaşımı) veya "Aile Grubu" özelliğini kullanarak bir grup oluşturduğunuzda ya da davet koduyla bir gruba katıldığınızda: • Adınız ve seçtiğiniz avatar emojiniz, o grubun diğer üyeleriyle paylaşılır. • O grup içinde eklediğiniz harcama, ödeme, gelir/gider ve borç kayıtları (tutar, açıklama, kategori, tarih, kimin ödediği ve nasıl bölüşüldüğü) aynı gruptaki diğer üyeler tarafından görüntülenebilir. Aynı şekilde, grup üyelerinin o grup içinde eklediği kayıtları siz de görebilirsiniz. • Grubun adı, simgesi, isteğe bağlı türü (tatil, ev, yemek vb.), başlangıç ve bitiş tarihleri, grubu kuran kişi ve kurucunun belirlediği kişi sınırı grubun bir parçası olarak saklanır ve üyelere görünür. • Aile Grubu'nda belirlenen aylık limit ve kategori bütçeleri grupta saklanır ve grubun tüm üyelerine görünür. • Gruba katıldığınız ve gruptan ayrıldığınız tarih saklanır; grup üyeleri bu tarihleri üyeler listesinde görebilir. Gruptan ayrıldığınızda, grubun ortak hesabı doğru kalsın diye o gruptaki geçmiş kayıtlarınız ve adınız grupta kalır ve adınızın yanında "(ayrıldı)" etiketi gösterilir. • Grup kayıtlarının ne zaman eklendiği ve düzenlendiği saklanır. Uygulama bu bilgiyle, grubu son açışınızdan sonra başkalarının eklediği ya da düzenlediği kayıtları "Yeni" veya "Düzenlendi" olarak işaretler. Bir grubu en son ne zaman açtığınız yalnızca cihazınızda tutulur. • Davet kodu, grubu bulmak için kullanılır; kodun karşılığında yalnızca grubun kimliği saklanır. Kodu kiminle paylaşacağınıza siz karar verirsiniz; kodu bilen kişi, grubun kişi sınırı dolmadıysa gruba katılabilir. • Uygulamayı kullanmayan kişileri gruba yalnızca bir isim ve emoji ile ekleyebilirsiniz; bu isimler grubun diğer üyelerine görünür. Başkalarının adlarını eklerken onların bundan haberdar olmasına özen göstermenizi rica ederiz. • Bir grubu arşivlemek yalnızca sizin cihazınızda geçerlidir; diğer üyeleri etkilemez ve bize gönderilmez. • Grubun yöneticisi, yöneticiliği gruptaki başka bir üyeye devretmek için davet gönderebilir; davet ve yönetici bilgisi grupta saklanır ve üyelere görünür. Devir, yalnızca davet edilen kişi kabul ederse gerçekleşir. Bu paylaşım yalnızca dahil olduğunuz gruplarla ve yalnızca o grup kapsamında eklenen verilerle sınırlıdır. Kişisel (gruba bağlı olmayan) işlemleriniz, Borç Defteri kayıtlarınız ve tasarruf hedefleriniz hiçbir zaman başka bir kullanıcıyla paylaşılmaz. Bir gruptan ayrılarak yeni veri paylaşımını dilediğiniz zaman durdurabilirsiniz. f) Cihazda Yerel Olarak Saklanan Veriler Aşağıdakiler yalnızca cihazınızda tutulur, bize veya üçüncü bir tarafa gönderilmez: dil ve para birimi tercihi, karanlık mod tercihi, kişisel aylık bütçe limiti, kişisel kategori bütçeleri, kendi oluşturduğunuz kategoriler, bildirim ve hatırlatma tercihleri, uygulama kilidi ayarları ve yanlış PIN deneme sayısı (bkz. madde 11), ana ekran widget'ında gösterilen özet bilgiler, uygulamanın hangi ekranla açılacağı tercihi, en son açtığınız ekran ve en son kullandığınız grup (uygulamanın kaldığınız yerden açılabilmesi için), ilk açılışta seçtiğiniz kullanım amacı, arşivlediğiniz gruplar, grupları en son ne zaman açtığınız, kapattığınız bilgi kartları ve uyarılar ile değerlendirme isteğinin ne zaman gösterildiği bilgisi. Bildirimler ve hatırlatmalar cihazınızda zamanlanır. Harcama takvimi, grafikler, "Yılın Özeti" ve diğer istatistikler, zaten saklanan kayıtlarınızdan cihazınızda hesaplanır. Android'de bu yerel veriler Google'ın otomatik cihaz yedeğine dahil edilmez. g) Reklam Verileri Uygulamada Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterilmektedir. Bu kapsamda Google ve reklam ortakları Reklam Kimliği (Advertising ID), cihaz bilgileri, yaklaşık konum (IP üzerinden) ve reklam etkileşim bilgilerini toplayabilir. Bu veriler reklam göstermek, reklamları ölçmek ve (izin verdiyseniz) kişiselleştirmek için kullanılır. • Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'deki kullanıcılara, reklamlar yüklenmeden önce Google'ın izin (GDPR) penceresi gösterilir; tercihinizi bu pencerede belirlersiniz. • iPhone'da, reklam kimliğiniz yalnızca uygulamanın takip izni (App Tracking Transparency) isteğine onay verirseniz kullanılır. • Reklam Kimliğinizi sıfırlamak veya kişiselleştirilmiş reklamlardan çıkmak için Android'de Ayarlar > Google > Reklamlar, iPhone'da Ayarlar > Gizlilik ve Güvenlik > Takip bölümünü kullanabilirsiniz. h) Döviz Kuru Sorguları Farklı para biriminde işlem girdiğinizde veya para biriminizi değiştirdiğinizde, güncel ya da geçmiş kurları almak için açık kaynaklı Frankfurter servisine (api.frankfurter.app) istek gönderilir. Bu istekte yalnızca para birimi kodları ve tarih bulunur; hesabınıza veya işlemlerinize ait hiçbir bilgi gönderilmez. Her internet isteğinde olduğu gibi IP adresiniz bu servis tarafından görülebilir. i) Uygulama İçi Değerlendirme Uygulama, zaman zaman App Store'un veya Google Play'in kendi değerlendirme penceresini gösterebilir. Bu pencere tamamen Apple veya Google tarafından yönetilir; verdiğiniz puan veya yorum bize uygulama üzerinden iletilmez, yalnızca mağazada herkese açık olarak yayımladığınız kadarını görebiliriz. j) Siri, Kısayollar ve Bağlantılar iPhone'da "Hey Siri, BudgetHome'a gider ekle" gibi komutlar ve Kısayollar uygulaması ile, Android'de uygulama simgesine basılı tutunca çıkan kısayollarla BudgetHome'u doğrudan ilgili ekranda açabilirsiniz. Bu kısayollar yalnızca uygulamayı ilgili ekranda açar; ses kaydınız bize ulaşmaz. Siri ile kullanılan sesli komutlar Apple'ın gizlilik politikasına göre Apple tarafından işlenir. Kısayola veya bağlantıya eklenen tutar ya da not yalnızca cihazınızda uygulamaya iletilir; uygulama bu istekleri yalnızca izin verilen ekranlarda açar, tutar ve not için üst sınır uygular ve formun dışarıdan doldurulduğunu bir uyarıyla gösterir. Siz "Kaydet"e basana kadar hiçbir şey kaydedilmez. k) Paylaşım ve Hatırlatma Mesajları Davet kodu, "Hesabı böl" sonucu, grup özeti veya borç hatırlatması gibi metinler cihazınızda hazırlanır ve yalnızca siz paylaş/gönder seçeneğine dokunduğunuzda, sizin seçtiğiniz uygulama (ör. WhatsApp) üzerinden gönderilir. Uygulama, WhatsApp seçeneğini gösterebilmek için yalnızca cihazınızda WhatsApp'ın yüklü olup olmadığını kontrol eder. BudgetHome rehberinize, WhatsApp hesabınıza veya mesajlarınıza erişmez ve bunun için herhangi bir izin istemez. l) Apartman Yönetimi Bir apartman grubu kurduğunuzda ya da katıldığınızda: • Apartmanın adı, daireler (daire numarası, durumu: ev sahibi, kiracı, boş, dükkân, kapıcı), yöneticinin isteğe bağlı olarak girdiği oturan ve ev sahibi adları, aidat katsayısı, aylık aidat tutarı, ödeme günü, kasa açılış bakiyesi ve yardımcı yönetici bilgisi grupta saklanır ve grubun tüm üyelerine görünür. • Grubun kasa kayıtları (aylık aidat ve ekstra toplama borçları, tahsilatlar, giderler, tutar, tarih, gider kategorisi, not ve kaydı kimin girdiği) grupta saklanır ve grubun tüm üyelerine görünür. Hangi dairenin ödediği ya da ödemediği bilgisi de buna dahildir. • Hangi dairede oturduğunuzu seçerseniz bu seçim grupta saklanır ve üyelere görünür. "Ödedim" bildiriminiz yöneticinin onayına sunulur. • Aidat hatırlatmaları cihazınızda zamanlanır; sunucuya ek bilgi gönderilmez. Yöneticinin gönderdiği hatırlatma mesajları ve aylık rapor, yalnızca yönetici dokunduğunda onun seçtiği uygulama (ör. WhatsApp) üzerinden gönderilir; uygulama telefon numarası saklamaz. • Uygulama ödeme almaz ve para aktarmaz; yalnızca kayıt tutar. Apartman ekranı resmî işletme defterinin yerine geçmez. Komşularınızın adlarını eklerken onların bundan haberdar olmasına özen göstermenizi rica ederiz. m) Uygulama Ayarları Uygulama, reklamların geçici olarak durdurulması gibi genel ayarları öğrenmek için Firebase'den herkese ortak bir ayar belgesi okur. Bu okuma sırasında size ait ek bir bilgi gönderilmez.
• Hesabınıza giriş yapabilmeniz ve verilerinizin cihaz değiştirdiğinizde de erişilebilir olması için • Girdiğiniz gelir/gider, tekrarlayan işlem, abonelik, tasarruf hedefi (kişisel ve ortak) ve borç kayıtlarını saklayıp size gösterebilmek, grafik, takvim ve istatistik üretebilmek için • Belirlediğiniz bütçe limitine, faturalara, aboneliklere ve borç vadelerine göre size hatırlatma gösterebilmek için • Dahil olduğunuz Hesaplaşma/Aile Grubu'ndaki ortak harcama ve bakiyeleri hesaplayıp size ve diğer grup üyelerine gösterebilmek, gruptaki yeni ve düzenlenen kayıtları işaretleyebilmek için • Uygulamayı ücretsiz sunabilmek amacıyla reklam gösterebilmek için (Google AdMob aracılığıyla) Hukuki sebepler (KVKK md. 5): Hesap, işlem, abonelik, tasarruf hedefi, borç ve grup verileri, sizinle aramızdaki kullanım ilişkisinin (hizmetin) kurulması ve ifası için zorunlu olduğundan işlenir. Kişiselleştirilmiş reklamlar ve reklam kimliğinin kullanımı, verdiğiniz izne (açık rıza) dayanır; izninizi dilediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz. Yasal yükümlülükler kapsamındaki talepler için ilgili mevzuat esas alınır.
Verileriniz aşağıdakiler dışında hiçbir üçüncü tarafla paylaşılmaz, satılmaz veya kiralanmaz: • Google Firebase (Authentication ve Firestore) — verilerinizi bizim adımıza barındıran veri işleyen konumundadır. policies.google.com/privacy • Google ve Apple (yalnızca bu yöntemlerle giriş yapmayı seçerseniz) — kimliğinizi doğrulamak için. policies.google.com/privacy · apple.com/legal/privacy • Google AdMob — reklamları sağlayan platform; reklam kişiselleştirmesi için Reklam Kimliğini ve cihaz bilgilerinizi kullanabilir. policies.google.com/technologies/ads • Frankfurter döviz kuru servisi — yalnızca para birimi kodu ve tarih içeren kur sorguları (kişisel veri içermez) • Katıldığınız Hesaplaşma/Aile/Apartman grubundaki diğer üyeler — yalnızca o grup kapsamındaki adınızı, avatarınızı, katılma/ayrılma tarihlerinizi, o grupta eklediğiniz kayıtları, Aile Grubu'na eklediğiniz abonelik özetlerini ve ortak hedeflere yaptığınız katkıları görebilirler • Yasal bir yükümlülük nedeniyle yetkili makamlarca talep edilmesi hâlinde Siri'yi, mağaza değerlendirme penceresini veya bir paylaşım uygulamasını (ör. WhatsApp) kullandığınızda, bu hizmetler kendi gizlilik politikalarına göre çalışır; BudgetHome bu hizmetlere sizin adınıza veri göndermez, yalnızca sizin başlattığınız işlemi onlara bırakır. Uygulamada Google AdMob dışında bir reklam ağı veya ayrı bir analitik/izleme SDK'sı kullanılmamaktadır.
Verileriniz, hizmet sağlayıcılarımız Google Firebase ve Google AdMob'un Türkiye dışında (ağırlıklı olarak Avrupa Birliği ve Amerika Birleşik Devletleri) bulunan sunucularında işlenir ve saklanır. Bu aktarım, KVKK'nın 9. maddesi ve ilgili mevzuat çerçevesinde, hizmetin sunulabilmesi için ve Google'ın ve Apple'ın uyguladığı standart sözleşme hükümleri ile teknik ve idari güvenlik tedbirlerine dayanılarak gerçekleştirilir. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu aktarımın gerçekleşeceğini kabul etmiş olursunuz; reklam kişiselleştirmesine ilişkin izninizi ise dilediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz.
Verileriniz aktarım sırasında şifreli bağlantı (HTTPS/TLS) ile iletilir ve Firebase Firestore güvenlik kuralları ile korunur: • Kişisel verilerinize yalnızca kendi kimliği doğrulanmış hesabınız, grup verilerine ise yalnızca o grubun üyeleri erişebilir. • Apartman grubunda kasa kayıtlarını yalnızca yönetici ve yardımcı yönetici girebilir; sakinler yalnızca kendi daireleri için ödeme bildirebilir. • Grup kayıtlarını yalnızca kaydı giren kişi düzenleyebilir veya silebilir. Ortak hedefe yapılan bir katkı sonradan değiştirilemez; hedefi yalnızca açan kişi ya da grubun kurucusu düzenleyip silebilir. • Bir üye yalnızca kendi üyelik bilgisini değiştirebilir; grubun adını ve kişi sınırını yalnızca grubu kuran kişi değiştirebilir. • Kullanıcı listesi hiçbir kullanıcıya açık değildir. • Uygulama kilidinde art arda yanlış PIN girilirse, yeni deneme için bir süre beklemeniz gerekir. • Android'de uygulamanın cihazdaki verileri otomatik yedeğe alınmaz. Yine de internet üzerinden hiçbir veri iletiminin veya bulutta saklamanın %100 güvenli olduğu garanti edilemez.
Verileriniz, hesabınızı silene kadar saklanır. • Sildiğiniz kişisel işlemler 30 gün boyunca "Son Silinenler" bölümünde tutulur; bu sürede geri getirebilir ya da kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. 30 günün sonunda kalıcı biçimde silinirler. Aile Grubu'nda silinen kayıtlar da aynı şekilde 30 gün boyunca grubun "Son Silinenler" bölümünde tutulur. • Hesabınızı uygulama içinden Ayarlar > Hesabı Sil yoluyla anında silebilir ya da bbudgethome@gmail.com üzerinden silme talebinde bulunabilirsiniz. Hesap silindiğinde kişisel işlemleriniz, tekrarlayan işlemleriniz ve abonelikleriniz, tasarruf hedefleriniz, Borç Defteri kayıtlarınız ve profiliniz kalıcı olarak silinir; Aile Grubu'na eklediğiniz abonelik özetleri de gruptan kaldırılır. • Bir Hesaplaşma veya Aile grubuna üye iseniz, hesabınızı sildiğinizde grup üyeliğiniz kaldırılır; grupta başka üye kalmıyorsa grup tamamen silinir. Grupta başka üye kalıyorsa, grubun ortak hesabının bozulmaması için o gruptaki geçmiş kayıtlar, ortak hedeflere yaptığınız katkılar ve ayrılma tarihiniz diğer üyeler için korunur, ancak adınız "Silinmiş Kullanıcı" etiketiyle değiştirilir. • Hesabınızı silmeden bir gruptan ayrılırsanız, o gruptaki geçmiş kayıtlarınız, ortak hedeflere katkılarınız ve adınız grubun ortak hesabı için grupta kalır ve "(ayrıldı)" etiketiyle gösterilir. Grubun kurucusu grubu sildiğinde grubun tüm kayıtları, ortak hedefleri ve katkıları da silinir. Bir ortak hedef silindiğinde o hedefe yapılan tüm katkı kayıtları da silinir.
KVKK'nın 11. maddesi ve ilgili mevzuat kapsamında; verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi talep etme, işlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini, silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, bu işlemlerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesi sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuç çıkmasına itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Avrupa Birliği'ndeki kullanıcılar GDPR kapsamında ayrıca verilerine erişme, verilerini taşıma, işlemeyi kısıtlama ve bulundukları ülkedeki veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunma haklarına sahiptir. İşlem verilerinizi uygulama içinden Ayarlar > Verilerimi Dışa Aktar ile CSV dosyası olarak alabilirsiniz. Talepleriniz için bbudgethome@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsiniz; talepleriniz en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır. Yanıtımızı yeterli bulmazsanız Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na başvurma hakkınız saklıdır.
BudgetHome 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bu yaştaki çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamaz. Uygulamayı 13 yaş altı bir çocuğun kullandığını fark ederseniz lütfen bizimle iletişime geçin; ilgili hesap ve veriler silinecektir.
BudgetHome'a e-posta ve şifrenin yanı sıra Google hesabınızla (Android ve iPhone) veya Apple hesabınızla (iPhone) giriş yapabilirsiniz. Bu durumda yalnızca giriş için gereken ad, e-posta adresi ve benzersiz hesap kimliği Firebase Authentication'a iletilir; Google veya Apple şifreniz bizimle paylaşılmaz. Hesabınızı uygulama içinden sildiğinizde, Apple ile giriş yaptıysanız Apple'daki uygulama bağlantınız da iptal edilir. Bağlantıyı dilediğiniz zaman Google Hesabı veya Apple Hesabı ayarlarınızdan da kaldırabilirsiniz. Fiş fotoğrafı yükleme özelliği bu sürümde etkin değildir ve bunun için veri toplanmaz. Uygulama konumunuza ve rehberinize erişmez; fiş özelliği kapalı olduğu için kameranıza veya fotoğraflarınıza erişim de istemez.
BudgetHome'da isteğe bağlı bir uygulama kilidi özelliği bulunur. Bu özelliği açarsanız: • Parmak izi/yüz tanıma doğrulaması tamamen cihazınızın işletim sistemi tarafından, cihazınızın kendi güvenli donanımında yapılır. Parmak izi veya yüz verisi hiçbir zaman uygulamamız tarafından toplanmaz, görülmez, saklanmaz veya bize ya da başka bir tarafa gönderilmez — uygulamamız sadece doğrulamanın başarılı olup olmadığı bilgisini alır. • Belirlediğiniz PIN düz metin olarak hiçbir zaman saklanmaz. Rastgele üretilen bir "tuz" değeriyle birlikte tek yönlü (SHA-256) olarak hash'lenir ve sadece kendi cihazınızda tutulur; bize veya bir sunucuya gönderilmez. • Art arda yanlış PIN girişlerinin sayısı ve bekleme süresi yalnızca cihazınızda tutulur.
Bu gizlilik politikasını zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler olduğunda bu sayfa üzerinden ve/veya uygulama içi bir bildirimle sizi bilgilendireceğiz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada ve uygulamanın Ayarlar > Gizlilik Politikası bölümünde yayımlanır.

BudgetHome collects the following data in order to provide its features: a) Account and Profile Data • Email address and password — used to create an account and log in. Your password is stored securely by Firebase Authentication; we never see or store it in plain text. • Your display name and the avatar emoji you choose — shown on your profile and in the groups you are part of. • If you sign in with Google or Apple: the name, email address and unique account identifier provided by that service. If you choose to hide your email with Apple, the relay address provided by Apple is used. We never see your Google or Apple password. b) Financial Transaction Data For every transaction you enter: amount, category, note (optional), transaction date, income/expense type and, if you entered it in another currency, the original amount and currency. If you set up a recurring transaction, its settings (amount, category, frequency, end date, etc.) are also stored. If you save a transaction without choosing a category, the app picks one by comparing your note with your own previous transactions on your device; if nothing matches, "Other" is used. No data leaves your device for this matching. c) Subscriptions and Savings Goals • Subscriptions: for each subscription you add, the service name or the symbol you chose, the amount, the payment day and, if any, the end date are stored. Subscriptions are kept in your account together with your recurring transactions. • If you add a subscription to a Family Group, the other members of that group can see its name, symbol, amount, payment day and who added it. When you delete the subscription, this summary is also removed from the group. • Personal Savings Goals: the goal name, symbol, target amount, saved amount, optional target date and a dated history of the amounts you added or withdrew are stored. These amounts are not deducted from your balance and are not shared with any user. • Family Group Shared Goals: for a shared goal created in a Family Group, its name, symbol, target amount, optional date and who created it are stored in the group. Every member of the group can add money to or withdraw money from the goal; the amount, date and person of each entry are stored and visible to all group members (including the "Who added how much" summary). These amounts are not deducted from the family balance. d) Debt Book Data If you use the Debt Book, the person's name you enter, amount, unit, direction (owed to you / you owe), due date, reminder setting, note and recorded payments are stored. Names you enter here are only your own records; they are not shared with those people and the app sends them no notification. e) Settle Up and Family Group Data When you use the app's "Settle Up" (shared expense/debt splitting) or "Family Group" feature to create a group, or join one using an invite code: • Your name and the avatar emoji you chose are shared with the other members of that group. • The expense, payment, income/expense and debt records you add within that group (amount, description, category, date, who paid and how it was split) can be viewed by the other members of the same group. Likewise, you can view the records other members add within that group. • The group's name, icon, optional type (trip, home, food, etc.), start and end dates, the person who created it and the member limit set by the creator are stored as part of the group and are visible to its members. • The monthly limit and category budgets set in a Family Group are stored in the group and are visible to all its members. • The dates you joined and left a group are stored; group members can see these dates in the members list. When you leave a group, your past records in that group and your name stay in the group so its shared balances remain correct, and a "(left)" label is shown next to your name. • The time each group record was added and edited is stored. The app uses this to mark records that others added or edited since you last opened the group as "New" or "Edited". When you last opened a group is kept only on your device. • The invite code is used to find the group; only the group's identifier is stored against the code. You decide who you share the code with; anyone who knows it can join the group as long as its member limit is not reached. • You can add people who don't use the app to a group with just a name and an emoji; these names are visible to the other group members. When adding other people's names, please make sure they are aware of it. • Archiving a group applies only on your device; it does not affect other members and is not sent to us. • A group's admin can invite another member to take over the admin role; the invitation and who the admin is are stored in the group and visible to its members. The transfer happens only if the invited person accepts. This sharing is limited to the groups you are part of and to data added within that group. Your personal (non-group) transactions, Debt Book records and personal savings goals are never shared with any other user. You can stop sharing new data with a group at any time by leaving it. f) Data Stored Locally on Your Device The following are kept only on your device and are never sent to us or any third party: language and currency preference, dark mode preference, personal monthly budget limit, personal category budgets, categories you create, notification and reminder preferences, app lock settings and the number of wrong PIN attempts (see section 11), the summary shown on the home screen widget, your preferred start screen, the screen you last opened and the group you last used (so the app can reopen where you left off), the purpose you chose on first launch, the groups you archived, when you last opened each group, the info cards and alerts you dismissed, and when a rating request was last shown. Notifications and reminders are scheduled on your device. The spending calendar, charts, "Year in Review" and other statistics are calculated on your device from records already stored. On Android, this local data is excluded from Google's automatic device backup. g) Advertising Data The app displays ads via Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may collect an Advertising ID, device information, approximate location (via IP), and ad interaction data. This data is used to show and measure ads and, if you consent, to personalize them. • Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown Google's consent (GDPR) form before any ads are loaded, where they set their preference. • On iPhone, your advertising identifier is used only if you allow the app's tracking request (App Tracking Transparency). • To reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads, use Settings > Google > Ads on Android, or Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on iPhone. h) Currency Rate Requests When you enter a transaction in another currency or change your currency, the app requests current or historical exchange rates from the open-source Frankfurter service (api.frankfurter.app). These requests contain only currency codes and a date; no information about your account or transactions is sent. As with any internet request, your IP address may be visible to this service. i) In-App Rating From time to time the app may show the App Store's or Google Play's own rating window. This window is managed entirely by Apple or Google; your rating or review is not sent to us through the app — we can only see what you publish publicly on the store. j) Siri, Shortcuts and Links On iPhone you can use commands such as "Hey Siri, add an expense in BudgetHome" and the Shortcuts app, and on Android the shortcuts shown when you long-press the app icon, to open BudgetHome directly on the relevant screen. These shortcuts only open the app on that screen; your voice recording never reaches us. Voice commands used with Siri are processed by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. Any amount or note added through a shortcut or link is passed to the app only on your device; the app opens such requests only on permitted screens, applies upper limits to the amount and note, and shows a notice that the form was filled in from outside. Nothing is saved until you tap "Save". k) Sharing and Reminder Messages Texts such as invite codes, "Split the bill" results, group summaries and debt reminders are prepared on your device and are sent only when you tap share/send, through the app you choose (e.g. WhatsApp). To offer the WhatsApp option, the app only checks whether WhatsApp is installed on your device. BudgetHome does not access your contacts, your WhatsApp account or your messages, and asks for no permission to do so. l) Building Management When you set up or join a building group: • The building's name, its units (unit number and status: owner, tenant, empty, shop, caretaker), resident and owner names optionally entered by the manager, dues share, monthly dues, due day, opening fund balance and assistant manager are stored in the group and visible to all its members. • The group's fund records (monthly dues and special collection charges, payments, expenses, amount, date, expense category, note and who entered the record) are stored in the group and visible to all its members, including which units have or have not paid. • If you select the unit you live in, this choice is stored in the group and visible to its members. Your "I paid" report is sent to the manager for approval. • Dues reminders are scheduled on your device; no extra information is sent to the server. Reminder messages and the monthly report are sent only when the manager taps share, through the app they choose (e.g. WhatsApp); the app stores no phone numbers. • The app does not take payments or transfer money; it only keeps records. The building screen does not replace official records. When adding your neighbours' names, please make sure they are aware of it. m) App Settings The app reads a single shared settings document from Firebase to learn general settings, such as a temporary pause of ads. No additional information about you is sent when reading it.
• So you can log into your account and access your data even if you switch devices • To store and display the income/expense, recurring, subscription, savings goal (personal and shared) and debt records you enter, and to generate charts, the calendar and statistics • To show you reminders based on your budget limit, bills, subscriptions and debt due dates • To calculate and display shared expenses and balances for the Settle Up/Family Group you are part of, to you and to the other group members, and to mark new and edited records in the group • To show ads (via Google AdMob) so we can offer the app for free Legal basis (KVKK Art. 5): account, transaction, subscription, savings goal, debt and group data are processed because they are necessary to provide the service you use (performance of a contract). Personalized advertising and the use of your advertising identifier are based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Requests arising from legal obligations are handled under the applicable law.
Your data is not shared with, sold to, or rented to any third party except: • Google Firebase (Authentication and Firestore) — acts as a data processor hosting your data on our behalf. policies.google.com/privacy • Google and Apple (only if you choose to sign in with them) — to verify your identity. policies.google.com/privacy · apple.com/legal/privacy • Google AdMob — the platform that serves ads within the app; may use your Advertising ID and device information for personalization. policies.google.com/technologies/ads • Frankfurter currency rate service — rate requests containing only a currency code and a date (no personal data) • Other members of the Settle Up/Family/Building group you join — they can see only your name, avatar, join/leave dates, the records you add within that group, the subscription summaries you add to a Family Group and your contributions to shared goals • When required by competent authorities due to a legal obligation When you use Siri, the store rating window or a sharing app (e.g. WhatsApp), those services operate under their own privacy policies; BudgetHome does not send them data on your behalf, it only hands over the action you started. Other than Google AdMob, the app does not use any additional ad network or a separate analytics/tracking SDK.
Your data is processed and stored on servers of our service providers Google Firebase and Google AdMob located outside Turkey (mainly in the European Union and the United States). This transfer takes place under Article 9 of KVKK and applicable regulations, as it is necessary to provide the service, and relies on the standard contractual clauses and technical and organizational security measures applied by Google and Apple. By using the app you acknowledge this transfer; you can withdraw your consent to ad personalization at any time.
Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and protected by Firebase Firestore security rules: • Only your own authenticated account can access your personal data, and only the members of a group can access that group's data. • In a building group, only the manager and assistant manager can enter fund records; residents can only report payments for their own unit. • Group records can be edited or deleted only by the person who added them. A contribution to a shared goal cannot be changed afterwards; a shared goal can be edited or deleted only by the person who created it or the group's creator. • A member can change only their own membership details; only the group's creator can change the group's name and member limit. • The user list is not open to any user. • After several wrong PIN entries in a row in the app lock, you need to wait a while before trying again. • On Android, the app's on-device data is not included in automatic backups. That said, no data transmission over the internet or cloud storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Your data is retained until you delete your account. • Personal transactions you delete are kept in "Recently Deleted" for 30 days, during which you can restore them or delete them permanently. After 30 days they are permanently deleted. Records deleted in a Family Group are likewise kept in the group's "Recently Deleted" for 30 days. • You can delete your account instantly in the app via Settings > Delete Account, or request deletion at bbudgethome@gmail.com. When your account is deleted, your personal transactions, recurring transactions and subscriptions, personal savings goals, Debt Book records and your profile are permanently deleted; the subscription summaries you added to a Family Group are also removed from the group. • If you are a member of a Settle Up or Family group, deleting your account removes your membership; if no other member remains, the group is deleted entirely. If other members remain, the group's historical records, your contributions to shared goals and your leave date are kept for them so the group's shared balances stay correct, but your name is replaced with a "Deleted User" label. • If you leave a group without deleting your account, your past records, your contributions to shared goals and your name stay in the group for its shared balances and are shown with a "(left)" label. When the group's creator deletes the group, all of its records, shared goals and contributions are deleted too. When a shared goal is deleted, all contribution records for that goal are deleted as well.
Under Article 11 of KVKK and applicable regulations, you have the right to: learn whether your data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred; request correction if incomplete or inaccurate, and deletion or destruction; request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. Users in the European Union additionally have the rights of access, data portability, restriction of processing, and to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. You can export your transaction data as a CSV file in the app via Settings > Export My Data. You can send your requests to bbudgethome@gmail.com; they will be answered within 30 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to apply to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK Kurulu).
BudgetHome is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them. If you become aware that a child under 13 is using the app, please contact us and the account and its data will be deleted.
In addition to email and password, you can sign in to BudgetHome with your Google account (Android and iPhone) or your Apple account (iPhone). In that case only the name, email address and unique account identifier needed for sign-in are passed to Firebase Authentication; your Google or Apple password is never shared with us. When you delete your account in the app, the app's Sign in with Apple connection is also revoked if you used Apple. You can also remove the connection at any time from your Google Account or Apple Account settings. Receipt photo upload is not enabled in this version and no data is collected for it. The app does not access your location or contacts, and since the receipt feature is off, it does not ask for access to your camera or photos either.
BudgetHome includes an optional app lock feature. If you turn it on: • Fingerprint/face verification is performed entirely by your device's operating system, inside your device's own secure hardware. Fingerprint or face data is never collected, seen, stored, or transmitted to us or any other party by our app — our app only receives a yes/no result of whether verification succeeded. • The PIN you set is never stored as plain text. It is hashed one-way (SHA-256) together with a randomly generated salt, and is kept only on your own device; it is never sent to us or to any server. • The number of consecutive wrong PIN entries and the waiting time are kept only on your device.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via this page and/or an in-app notification. The current version is always published on this page and in the app under Settings > Privacy Policy.
